Gastronomy Km. 0 is a philosophy based in only featuring products that our island offers, thereby assuring you that only the highest freshness, quality products will be served at your table. It's a Slow Food concept that supports local producers while lessening the environmental impact caused by imported products transported from thousands of kilometers away. We follow the 3 main principles of the Slow Food Philosophy. Good. Clean. Fair.
